How it is made

Labelyuga develops designs with weaving clusters in Kerala. Subsequently, artisans hand weave fabrics specifically for each design. We use traditional processes such as rice starching and coconut oil finishing. Then, artisans produce garments in small batches where we ensure fair value practices for artisans. As a result, the process remains rooted in craft while respecting materials, traditions, and people.

We source yarns from NHDC mills in India. The garments use 100% handwoven cotton and mother of pearl buttons. Therefore, we rely on natural, earth-friendly materials instead of synthetic alternatives.

We design the garment for longevity, so you can repair, reuse, or repurpose it over time. Eventually, it will biodegrade gently.
Additionally, we use reusable cloth bags for our packaging to encourage continued use beyond the product lifecycle.

Wash & Care
Wash separately.
Mild hand wash preferably in EEZY detergent for lasting quality.
Line dry. Soft iron.
