Kaavishh
The studio
Kaavishh makes wearable art in small batches — capsule collections limited to forty pieces a design, built where Indian tradition meets contemporary silhouette.
The name comes from an Urdu word for an earnest effort, a pursuit of something meaningful. The label found its voice in 2024, out of a wish to honour India's culture, traditions and history and reimagine them for the present.
What began as an appreciation of that heritage grew into a pursuit of keeping it alive — treating tradition as something that breathes and changes rather than something preserved in stillness. Rooted in tradition and shaped for today, the label works time-honoured technique into clothes meant to be worn now.
Every stitch is a quiet rebellion against the fleeting, an ode to what endures. Kaavishh is an anthology of stories, each piece a chapter of it.
